Tyree Robbins – Chief Pitmaster

Our eldest son, Tyree, is the backbone of the pit. As Chief Pitmaster, he helped develop the restaurant's signature rubs, sauces, and smoking process. His attention to detail and passion for perfection ensure that every meal upholds the Rib Shack standard.

Naeem Robbins – General Manager & Culinary Visionary

Naeem, our youngest son, oversees daily kitchen and operational management. His innovative spirit, consistency, and leadership continue to push the family business forward while honoring his late brother, Malcolm Jr., whose dream remains alive through his work.

Ameera Robbins – Executive Assistant Director & HR Lead

Ameera brings organization and excellence to the business. As Executive Assistant Director, she handles HR, payroll, and event coordination with professionalism and heart. Currently studying Finance, she represents the next generation of strong women in business.

Kalani Quinn – Marketing Executive Director

Kalani brings the story to life through creative design and marketing. She ensures that Rib Shack's faith-filled message and authentic brand reach the community through vibrant visuals and storytelling.

Our beloved son, Malcolm Jr., was the inspiration behind this legacy. Dr. Malcolm dream was for JR to lead the family restaurant and carry the torch of

excellence. Though he is no longer here in body, his spirit is woven into every rib, every smile, and every story shared.
